Howard Loudin & Jim Durante

Together, the owners, Howard Loudin and Jim Durante, have over 70 years experience in the building industry. Both work as project managers to provide a personal level of involvement and to guarantee owner satisfaction. We maintain control of the project and have the capability and expertise to provide many services in-house (i.e. concrete, carpentry, etc). We also provide design/build services. This minimizes project risk for you, the owner, and reduces the construction and delivery schedule time. We are proud to live and work in this community and support it in other ways as well. Since 2005, we have provided scholarships for high school students and sponsored charitable fundraisers like the Relay for Life and Juvenile Diabetes Golf Tournament.

In 2007, Mr. Loudin, LBS president, was awarded Business Person of the Year by the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce when they noted that “He has left a beautiful legacy for our town for generations to come,” (The Central Virginian, February 22, 2007).We look forward to hearing from you and the opportunity to work on your building project.
